The story
This one started with my daughter — she eats tahini faster than I can buy it. The squeeze bottle was really just to make our mornings a bit less of a hassle. Now it's on the table every day.
Why a squeeze bottle
My daughter has tahini almost every morning, and a jar and a spoon just slow everyone down. So we use a squeeze bottle instead. Quicker, less mess, and it stays out on the table instead of disappearing into a cupboard.
The moments

Morning
How most of our mornings start.
How to serveOn warm bread with a little honey, or stirred through yogurt with oats.

The shared table
A bit of everywhere, on one table.
How to serveTahini comes from the Middle East, but it's just as at home on a Dutch breakfast table. That mix is kind of the point.

After dinner
Something sweet, without the effort.
How to serveStir it into a quick dessert, or spoon it over fruit with honey.

A small gift
For someone you want to spoil a little.
How to serveThe easiest way to get someone else hooked on it.
How it's made
It's just sesame. Good seeds, ground slowly on stone so it pours smooth and stays creamy. No oil, no sugar, no salt — there's honestly nothing to add.
Sesame in small batches, ground slowly on stone.
100% sesame seeds.
Over warm bread, through yogurt with honey, or to finish roasted vegetables.
500 g squeeze bottle
Better together
My dad's honey — and our region's.
Raw honey from local Dutch beekeepers. It tastes like wherever the bees have been.
