Lemon & garlic tahini sauce
The sauce that goes on everything — bowls, roasted veg, falafel.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 4–6 tbsp cold water
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Whisk the tahini, lemon and garlic together — it will thicken first.
- Add water a spoonful at a time until smooth and pourable.
- Season with salt.
