Mango sorbet with tahini & honey

Frozen mango, a blender, and you're two minutes from dessert.

Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen mango
  • 2–3 tbsp water or milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • Chopped nuts to finish

Steps

  1. Let the mango sit out for 15 minutes.
  2. Blend with the water until smooth and thick.
  3. Top with tahini, honey and a few chopped nuts.
