Mango sorbet with tahini & honey
Frozen mango, a blender, and you're two minutes from dessert.
Ingredients
- 400 g frozen mango
- 2–3 tbsp water or milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Chopped nuts to finish
Steps
- Let the mango sit out for 15 minutes.
- Blend with the water until smooth and thick.
- Top with tahini, honey and a few chopped nuts.
