What we collect
When you place an order we process your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and your order details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Why we use it
We use your data to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions (to perform our contract with you), and to keep invoices for as long as the law requires (a legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with Stripe (to take payment) and our delivery carrier (to ship your order), and with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We do not sell your data. We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for [fill in: 7 years, the Dutch tax retention period]. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Cookies
