Who you're buying from
These terms apply to every order placed through this website with YUMEIDSA (KvK 42063317, VAT NL005467811B08, contact@yumeidsa.com, [fill in: business address]).
Products and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay. We may change prices, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay. We show our products as accurately as we can; small natural variations — especially in honey — are normal.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example when a product is unavailable.
Payment
You pay securely at checkout through Stripe, using iDEAL, card, or the other methods shown there.
Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France and Austria. We aim to ship within [fill in: x business days]. Risk passes to you once your order has been delivered.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel without giving a reason. Let us know at contact@yumeidsa.com and return the goods within 14 days. Please note: for health and food-safety reasons, sealed food products that have been opened, and perishable goods, cannot be returned — as permitted under EU consumer law.
If something's wrong
Your order should match what you saw and be of the quality you can reasonably expect. If it isn't, email us and we'll put it right.
Complaints and disputes
Email contact@yumeidsa.com — we reply within [fill in: x days]. If we can't resolve it together, you can use the EU's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Liability and applicable law
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Dutch law applies to these terms.
