Honey & nut granola
Make a batch on Sunday and breakfast is sorted all week.
Ingredients
- 300 g rolled oats
- 100 g mixed nuts, chopped
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp neutral or coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 160°C.
- Mix everything together and spread it on a tray.
- Bake about 30 minutes, stirring twice, until golden.
- Let it cool fully so it turns crunchy.
