Honey & nut granola

Make a batch on Sunday and breakfast is sorted all week.

Ingredients

  • 300 g rolled oats
  • 100 g mixed nuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp neutral or coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix everything together and spread it on a tray.
  3. Bake about 30 minutes, stirring twice, until golden.
  4. Let it cool fully so it turns crunchy.
