Honey-glazed salmon
A weeknight dinner that looks like you tried.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp vinegar or lemon
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 220°C.
- Mix the honey, oil, garlic and vinegar.
- Put the salmon on a lined tray, brush with the glaze and season.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until just cooked through.
