Honey-glazed salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tsp vinegar or lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Mix the honey, oil, garlic and vinegar.
  3. Put the salmon on a lined tray, brush with the glaze and season.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes, until just cooked through.
